Insurance
We accept plans from many insurance providers. Our front office can help maximize your benefits to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you and/or your child. If your benefits change during the course of treatment, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Autopay
For the convenience of patients, Dr. Wiltshire offers automatic payments through checking accounts and credit cards.
Understanding Treatment Fees
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees. Dr. Wiltshire will inform you of all costs before any treatment is administered.
Our practice charges a fee for the following services and treatments:
- Records and X-rays
- All appliances
- All orthodontic visits, including emergencies
- One set of retainers
- Follow-up retention visits for two years
